The sewage of this project is composed of industrial sewage and domestic sewage in the park, and the main production wastewater is industrial enterprises. The water quality of the influent and effluent of the industrial sewage treatment plant in the Economic Development Zone of Linquan County is shown in the following table:

The total scale of the project is 40,000 m3/d, the first phase is 20,000 m3/d, and the second phase expansion is 20,000 m3/d; the project covers a total area of ​​about 68.72 mu, and the first phase covers an area of ​​about 37.11 mu. This time, the design is based on the scale of the first phase of 20,000 m3/d. Sewage treatment adopts the process of "coarse grid and inlet pump room + fine grid and cyclone grit chamber + anaerobic hydrolysis tank + co-built oxidation ditch + high-density clarifier + filter cloth filter + ultraviolet disinfection". The first-class A standard of "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant" (GB18918-2002) is implemented, and the tail water is discharged into the East Outer Ring River after treatment. The sludge treatment adopts the process of "mechanical concentration + belt filter press", and the water content is reduced to below 80% and then shipped out for disposal.
 
The estimated total investment of this project is 79.7512 million yuan, of which the direct project cost of the plant area is 60.1674 million yuan, the second part of the other costs is 12.2086 million yuan, the project reserve is 5.7901 million yuan, and the initial working capital is 217,100 yuan; the sewage treatment plant The direct operating cost is 0.62 yuan/m3 sewage.

Linquan County Sewage Treatment Plant Sludge Treatment Project mainly serves Linquan County Sewage Treatment Plant and Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant, taking into account the sludge disposal needs of sewage plants in surrounding towns and towns. ), long-term 105t/d (moisture content 80%), the civil construction of sludge dewatering machine room is designed on a long-term scale of 105t/d (moisture content 80%), and the equipment is installed on a recent scale of 70t/d (moisture content 80%). The sludge deep dewatering system is designed to have a sludge moisture content of ≤60%.
