Huaxian Industrial Agglomeration Area is located in the southeast of Huaxian County, and belongs to the new area of ​​Huaxian County. The land is adjacent to Daokou Town and Chengguan Town. In recent years, the economic situation of the industrial agglomeration area is good and the development momentum is rapid. In 2012, the GDP of the industrial agglomeration area was 12.394 billion yuan, of which the output value of the secondary industry was 10.764 billion yuan and the output value of the tertiary industry was 1.63 billion yuan.

Case description

Huaxian Industrial Agglomeration Area is located in the southeast of Huaxian County, and belongs to the new area of ​​Huaxian County. The land is adjacent to Daokou Town and Chengguan Town. In recent years, the economic situation of the industrial agglomeration area is good and the development momentum is rapid. In 2012, the GDP of the industrial agglomeration area was 12.394 billion yuan, of which the output value of the secondary industry was 10.764 billion yuan and the output value of the tertiary industry was 1.63 billion yuan.
 
At present, Huaxian Industrial Cluster has initially formed a framework integrating machinery manufacturing, deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, clothing, electronics, photovoltaics, coal chemical industry, and services. With economic development, urban expansion and population growth, the impact on water resources has become increasingly prominent, and water pollution will directly affect the external image of Henan Province. What's more serious is that water pollution will not only directly affect the industrial and agricultural production of the people in the industrial agglomeration area, but also seriously endanger people's health. Therefore, the construction of this project is imperative.
 
In July 2013, our company began to compile the Feasibility Study Report of Huaxian Rural Environmental Contiguous Comprehensive Improvement Project. Its design scale is 30,000m³/d in the near term and 60,000m³/d in the long term. The site is located in the southeast corner of the industrial agglomeration area, on the east side of the Future Avenue, and on the south side of the South Fifth Ring Road. It covers an area of ​​about 40.1 mu. The designed effluent is better than the Class A standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB18918-2002). .
 
The sewage and sludge treatment structures in this project include: coarse grille and inlet pump room, fine grille and cyclone grit chamber, hydrolysis acidification tank, combined inverted A2/O oxidation ditch, high-efficiency clarifier, filter cloth filter tank , UV disinfection tank, sludge concentration tank, sludge reaction tank, sludge dewatering machine room and blower room, etc. After the sewage treatment, the tail water is discharged into the Wenge River; the sludge is concentrated and dehydrated and the moisture content reaches below 60%, and then it is transported to the landfill for disposal.
 
The total investment of the project is 67,399,700 yuan, of which the first part is 55,293,700 yuan, the second part is 6,540,900 yuan, the project reserve is 4,946,800 yuan, and the ground floor working capital is 618,300 yuan. The total cost of unit water treatment is 0.75 yuan/m³ sewage, and the total unit water operating cost is 0.57 yuan/m³ sewage.
 
Introduction to the design scheme
 
The design scale of this project is 30,000 m³/d in the near future, and the sources of sewage accepted are Xincheng community wastewater, agricultural product processing industrial park wastewater, machinery industrial park wastewater and logistics business park wastewater.

Note: Except for COD and NH3-N, the rest of the indicators are the first-class A standards in the "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002).

 

The treatment process of this project: the sewage flows into the coarse grid and the lifting pump room, removes large floating objects and lifts the sewage into the fine grid and the cyclone grit chamber, removes most of the sand particles in the water, and then enters the hydrolysis and acidification tank for processing. Hydrolysis and acidification to improve the biodegradability of sewage. After being hydrolyzed and acidified, the sewage enters the co-constructed inverted A2/O oxidation ditch to remove organic pollutants, SS and denitrification and phosphorus removal. The filter tank is filtered to ensure that the effluent SS, BOD, COD and other indicators meet the effluent standards, and finally enter the ultraviolet disinfection tank to be sterilized and then effluent. The excess sludge enters the sludge thickening tank, and then through the sludge wall breaking technology to make the sludge moisture content meet the requirements, it is transported to the landfill for disposal.
