The process flow chart of this project is as follows:
The sewage flows into the grid and the adjustment tank to intercept the floating objects in the sewage; then it is lifted into the PSDEO integrated equipment by the sewage pump to carry out biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and most of the CODCr, BOD5, and N elements in the sewage are removed to a large extent. Part of the P element, while adding PAC agent in the biochemical tank to increase chemical auxiliary phosphorus removal to ensure a high phosphorus removal rate, a sand filter area is set at the end of the PSDEO tank, and the sewage is filtered by quartz sand and enters the disinfection tank. Chlorine tablets are added for disinfection, and the effluent is discharged up to the standard after disinfection; a backwash pump is set in the disinfection tank for backwashing in the sand rate area.
 
The excess sludge in PSDEO is discharged into the sludge tank, and then pumped by the sludge screw pump to the plate and frame filter press for dehydration treatment, and then shipped out for disposal.
 
The total investment of the project is about 7.78 million yuan.
