This project is an environmental protection facility project in Shuyang Economic Development Zone. The construction of this project is of general significance to accelerate the pace of industrial construction in the development zone and promote the sustainable development of the development zone. Therefore, the construction of this project is very necessary.
 
The treatment process of this sewage treatment project adopts the process of "hydrolysis and acidification + inverted A2/O integrated oxidation ditch + coagulation filter cloth filter tank", and the tail water is discharged into Yinan River after ultraviolet disinfection; the first stage sludge treatment adopts mechanical concentration, After dehydration, it is shipped out for disposal. The site of the sewage treatment plant is located on the east side of the Guanxi Branch Canal, on the south bank of the Yinan River, and on the north side of Cifu Avenue. The land for the project is 40 mu and the planned land for the second phase is 40 mu, totaling 80 mu. The total investment of the sewage treatment plant in this project is 69.500 million yuan, and the unit operating cost of the sewage treatment plant is 0.57 yuan/m³ sewage; the total cost of unit water treatment is 1.02 yuan/m³ sewage.

4. Processing technology
 
The process flow of the sewage treatment plant is as follows:
 
 
1) Coarse grid and inlet pump room
The sewage flows into the grid well equipped with the coarse grid, and the larger impurities in the sewage are intercepted here, and at the same time, the lifting pump is not blocked and the service life is prolonged.
 
2) Fine grid and cyclone grit chamber
The lifted sewage passes through the cyclone grit chamber to remove fine impurities and sand particles.
 
3) Hydrolysis and acidification pool
Through hydrolysis and acidification, insoluble macromolecular pollutants in sewage are degraded into soluble small molecules, part of SS and COD are removed, and the biodegradability of sewage is improved.
 
4) Inverted A2/O integrated oxidation ditch
The effluent of the hydrolysis and acidification tank flows into the inverted A2/O integrated oxidation ditch, degrades part of the organic matter through aerobic biochemical action of aerobic microorganisms, and performs biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal. in the SS.
 
5) Coagulation filter cloth filter
The coagulation filter cloth filter is an auxiliary chemical phosphorus removal unit. A mixing reaction zone is set in front of the filter, and chemicals are added. With the increase of phosphate precipitates and the small insoluble solids, larger insoluble solids are formed, so that the The stable colloid is destabilized, and the destabilized colloids are contacted with each other through the velocity gradient or diffusion process to form flocs, which are trapped on the filter cloth through the filter material, and then the sludge is discharged by backwashing to achieve the effect of phosphorus removal.
 
6) UV disinfection pool
The effluent is disinfected by ultraviolet rays to kill harmful bacteria in the sewage.
 
7) Sludge homogenization tank
The excess sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank of the oxidation ditch and the chemical sludge of the excess sludge in the hydrolysis acidification tank enter the homogenization tank for homogenization, and then are sent to the sludge dewatering machine room for treatment.
 
8) Sludge dewatering machine room
Provide a place for the dewatering of the first and second stage sludge, the storage of dry sludge and the sludge dosing equipment.
 
Introduction to the design scheme
 
According to the plan, the sewage treatment plant will be implemented in two phases, with a total scale of 79,000 m³/d. Among them, the first phase (2010-2013) project scale of 30,000 m³/d has been completed and put into operation, and the second phase (2013-2020) has added 49,000 m³/d. d.

The total investment of the project is 126,312,800 yuan, of which the first part is 102,165,500 yuan; the second part is 13,525,700 yuan, the project reserve is 10,412,200 yuan, and the initial working capital is 209,400 yuan. The direct operating cost of the treated water unit is 0.53 yuan/m³ of sewage, the total operating cost of the treated water unit is 0.67 yuan/m³ of sewage, and the total unit cost of treated water is 1.03 yuan/m³; the recommended charging standard is 1.30 yuan/m³ of sewage.
