1.1.1 Project scale
Linquan County Sewage Treatment Plant has built the first and second phases of the project with a scale of 40,000 m3/d, the proposed third phase (2020) with a scale of 30,000 m3/d, and the fourth phase (2030) with a scale of 30,000 m3/d.
 
1.1.2 Project content
Combined with the scale of the fourth phase, the third phase of the 30,000 m3/d Linquan County Sewage Treatment Plant will be constructed.
 
1.1.3 Sewage treatment plant site
Linquan County Sewage Treatment Plant is located on Renmin East Road, Linquan County, south of Quanhe River and east of Fertilizer Plant. The completed first and second phase projects (40,000 m3/d) occupy an area of ​​4.76ha, the sludge harmless treatment project under construction occupies an area of ​​0.44ha, and the proposed third phase project will occupy 4.46ha of new land.
 
1.1.4 Inlet and outlet water quality
The main indicators of the designed influent water quality are shown in the following table, and the effluent water quality after treatment complies with the Class A standard in the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB18918-2002).

1.1.5 Processing technology
The secondary treatment of sewage adopts the improved oxidation ditch treatment process; the advanced treatment of sewage adopts the high-efficiency sedimentation + filtration process, the filter adopts the denitrification deep bed filter, and the disinfection adopts the chlorine dioxide disinfection process.
